Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony

2-Hour Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony: Combining the sacred heart-opening power of cacao with the deep healing and awakening potential of breathwork. This 2-hour ceremony is designed to guide you into the depths of your being, reconnecting you with your inner wisdom, freeing your life force energy, and expanding your consciousness.

Sound Bath

With Studio 34

Sarah and Brandy are the heart and soul of Studio 34 in Sunapee, NH. Together, they create a welcoming space for creativity, connection, and growth. With a shared passion for the community, they offer workshops, sound baths, reiki, and unique events designed to inspire and empower. Studio 34 is a reflection of their commitment to fostering meaningful experiences in a supportive and nurturing environment.”

Acupuncture

With Corinne Singer

During the sound bath, Corinne from The Acupuncture Studio VT, will go around placing 2-5 needles per person, using an auricular (ear) protocol for stress reduction and an overall nervous system reset. At the end, she will remove the needles and you will be free to go!

Movement

with Kara Duval From Range

Kara is the creator of online movement platform, Range. Described as a "medicine cabinet", both Range and Kara's in person offerings include Pilates, functional and primal movement, strength, mobility, breathwork and restorative work. As a lover and explorer of the nervous system, Kara has created an inclusive and nurturing movement environment where people from all around the world are welcomed to explore their own bodies in an atmosphere that is down to earth, informative, approachable, inclusive and filled with humor.

Watercolor Workshop

with Claire Keith

Embracing the unique artist within, we will explore how to translate our inner fluidity onto paper with color palettes that excite and inspire. Rather than becoming fixated on the final product, this workshop gives us plenty of room to play and experiment while enjoying the beautiful process of emerging. An ode to spring and the buds in between dormancy and bloom.
